Fresher's social of RWW School held

Zulfiqur Ali, North Lakhimpur, July 17: Reverend William Ward (RWW) Senior Secondary School, a premier educational institution of North Lakhimpur town situated at Khelmati, organised its fresher's social for the year 2022 and the open meeting of 13th Annual Sports' Meet on Saturday. The meeting, held at the school auditorium, was presided over by the Education Director of the school Golok Dutta and was anchored by the Principal of the school Uday Gogoi. A total number of 22 teachers from various schools of Lakhimpur and Dhemaji districts were warmly felicitated in the meeting by the school authority for their valuable contributions in the fields of society and education. The teachers were felicitated with a felicitation letter, Gamosha and momentum. Three felicitated teachers spoke on the occasion. They urged the students to take care of their health along with study. They also urged them to be very careful in utilising the mobile phone. A felicitated teacher named Premkrishna Sarma of Angerkhowa Chariali H.S. School, Lakhimpur district, mesmerized all that were attended in the meeting by reciting two poems written by Hem Baruah and Pol Sensowa. Several students of the school performed different cultural activities in the event. The Chairman of RWW Senior Secondary School Lakhi Chutia was present in the meeting, besides the guardians.
