Tight security in Dhakuakhana on Independence Day

Papu Baruah Dhakuakhana, August 9: India's 76th Independence Day will be celebrated across the country on Monday next. The country's Independence Day celebrations are being held in Dhakuakhana subdivision. The police administration is on alert to prevent any militants from committing terrorist acts in the sub-division. Police are conducting searches on every two-wheeler and four-wheeler vehicle before entering the sub-division. The 76th Independence Day will be celebrated peacefully in the sub-division.
