The seminar will be graced by the esteemed presence of Pabitra Margherita, Union Minister of State for External Affairs, who has consented to be the Chief Guest. In this regard, Prof. Shambhu Nath Singh, Vice Chancellor of Tezpur University, met with Minister Margherita in New Delhi on Friday to personally brief him about this important initiative. “Recognizing the pivotal role of internationalization in enhancing academic quality and global competitiveness, this joint initiative aims to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders- Academics, administrators, policymakers to explore emerging trends, share best practices, and deliberate on the challenges and opportunities inherent in the internationalization of higher education”, Prof Singh stated.
