North Lakhimpur, October 21: A novel of Assamese language named 'Pehir Morom' written by Moidul Latif Baruah, a resident of K.B.Road, North Lakhimpur town was released at a function held at Bormuria Tiniali, North Lakhimpur town on Monday by eminent journalist and writer of Lakhimpur district Sapun Kumar Dutta. About the book, in his speech in the event, the writer of the novel Moidul Latif Baruah said that he has been writing poetry, story, novel, humorous writing, biographies of great men etc. since 1975 when he was associated with the newspaper 'Na-Lakhimi' published from Lakhimpur district. Moreover, he published an anthology of poems titled 'Upahar' in 1997. In publishing the novel 'Pehir Morom' his son-due Arif Baruah and Julfik Baruah, and his teacher-wife Rashida Baruah and other members of his family provided a lot of help, the writer Moidul Latif Baruah mentioned in the speech.
