Nagaon Govt Boys' HS School distributes Medicine & financial aid among flood hits

Bureau Report, Nagaon, September 3: The teaching staff as well as other employees of Nagaon Govt Boys' HS School, in association with the students body of Assam, NIT, Karnataka today distributed food packets, life saving medicine and financial aid in cash among 25 flood hit families at Kakotigaon and Deobali villages under Raha revenue circle. The programme was carried out under leadership of Dr Hem Prashad Saikia, ex-student of the school and sports official and student of NIT, Karnataka - Kalyan Saikia. The team of the students as well as teachers was ceremonially flagged off by Inspector of schools Mridul Kr Nath and the principal of Nagaon Govt Boys' HS School - Dipika Laskar at the school entry gate, a release added.
