Hojai, June 28 : "It is easy to criticize,but it is hard to encourage and support anyone",said Sirajuddin Ajmal, Trustee, Ajmal CSR and MLA,Jamunamukh Constituency while addressing the media on Tuesday here. Notably, Ajmal was here at Ajmal College of Arts,Science and Commerce to felicitate Md Shohid Ahmed Khandakar, who secured Sixth Rank in Arts stream from Ajmal College of Arts, Science and Commerce and Sudipta Debnath,third rank holder from Sankardev Junior College,Hojai in Arts Stream. He said Ajmal Family wants to bring a paradigm shift in the education and health sector. "So,We request everyone including Government and media,the fourth pillar to help Ajmal in developing the education and health sector as what the government is doing is not enough for the development of Assam '',Ajmal added. He said the seeds sown by my father Late Hazi Ajmal Ali has now grown into a beautiful tree in Assam. He said Our dream is to make Hojai an International Education Hub in Central Assam,but without the cooperation of the Government and the people of Assam this is not possible. So, I appeal to Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and all the ministers to cooperate with us in developing these sectors for all-round development of Assam. He said at present more than 34,000 students are studying in various Ajmal institutions across the State. When they excel, Assam shines but for the proper growth of these Students we need support from the Government. Sirajuddin Ajmal further congratulated and thanked Parents and Students for their dedicated efforts. He said parents are the source of inspiration and energy and students are the shining example of what we can achieve despite any circumstances.He also thanked Dr. Khasrul Islam, Director,Ajmal Foundation; Dr. MRH Azad, General Manager, Ajmal Foundation; Dr. SH Chowdhury, President,Markazul Ma'arif; Khalilur Rahman Laskar,General Secretary,Markazul Ma'arif and all the faculty members for relentlessly working amid the pandemic for the development of Ajmal CSR works. It is pertinent to mention, after felicitation Sirajuddin Ajmal announced that both the toppers will be extended a cheque of rupees twenty five thousand each from his side as a token of appreciation for their achievement in Assam Higher Secondary Education Council Results 2022.
