Barpeta, Aug 12: In the course of a sudden raid conducted by a team of Food & Civil Supply department of Barpeta 2 nos of LPG cylinders have been seized at Barpeta today. Two nos of domestic LPG cylinders have been found in use in the preparation of food items of the Jom Jom hotel, Hajibari, North Barpeta. Hence, both the partially filled domestic cylinders alongwith stove & regulator have been seized from the proprietor of the hotel Saijuddin in presence of witnesses and given to zimma under the manager of Sikha Bharatgas, Barpeta for safe custody.
