Entertainment Desk: Manipur’s Sarangthem Nirupama secured the 4th Runner-Up position at the Miss Universe India 2025 grand finale held on Monday in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The prestigious national pageant was organized by the Glamanand Group, in association with K Sera Sera Box Office, under the direction of Nikhil Anand, National Director of Miss Universe India. The crown went to Manika Vishwakarma of Rajasthan, who received the title from outgoing queen Rhea Singha. Manika will represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand this November. The other winners included Tanya Sharma (Uttar Pradesh) as 1st Runner-Up, Mehak Dhingra as 2nd Runner-Up, and Amishi Kaushik (Haryana) as 3rd Runner-Up. Nirupama, from Kakching Khunou Lamhaba Leikai, Manipur, is pursuing Psychology at CT University, Punjab. She also won the Miss Popular title, reflecting her strong public support. Previously crowned Miss Universe Manipur 2025, Mega Miss Northeast 2023, and Miss Manipur 2022, Nirupama has steadily carved her place in the world of pageantry.
