Staff Reporter, Guwahati: The Royal School of Fashion Design and Technology at Assam Royal Global University (RGU) today hosted SYNTHESIS-2025, a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation, and the design journeys of its graduating batch of 2021–2025. The showcase featured nine talented designers from across the Northeast, presenting a curated collection of 45 ensembles that reflected extensive research, exceptional craftsmanship, and compelling thematic storytelling. The runway was further elevated by nine celebrated fashion showstoppers, adding glamour and inspiration to the evening. Independent filmmaker and media professional Bobbeeta Sharma, along with Kathak exponent and Sur Sargam founder Marami Medhi, graced the event as guests of honour and addressed the gathering. Organised by the dedicated faculty team — Akriti Mazumdar, Asif Iqbal Mazid, Gazala A. Goney, Sukriti Baruah, Aruniva Bhagawati, Pubika Michong, and Dr. Thangjam Roshini — SYNTHESIS-2025 marked both the culmination of academic training and the beginning of the graduates’ professional journeys into the dynamic fashion industry. The event drew prominent attendees, including Dr. Sriparna B.
