Nagaon Police busted gang of cyber criminals: Arrested 6

Hareswar Bora, Nagaon: In a major operation, Nagaon Police busted a gang of cyber criminals and arrested six individuals, including two from outside the state, for their alleged involvement in cyber crime. The arrests were made from a hotel named Dhaly Islamia located at Nagaon Dhing gate area today. According to sources, the arrested individuals have been identified as Yuvanjit Singh and Rohit Kumar Singh from Chandigarh, and Aijul Islam, Tafazzul Hussain, Jiyarul Islam, and Abdul Sahib from Nagaon. A case (No. 602/25) has been registered at Nagaon Sadar Police Station under various sections of BNS and the IT Act, including 61(2), 318(4), 316(2), 336(3), 66(C), and 66(D), sources added further.
