Nikhil Kumar Mundra, Hojai: Nilim Kashyap Barthakur of Hojai has secured First Class First with a gold medal in Gauhati University’s Department of Communication and Journalism. The results were declared recently. He is the son of Anup Kumar Barthakur and Riju Barthakur, resident of Bishnupally in Hojai. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Nagaon University, Nilim excelled in the entrance exams for master’s programs, securing Rank 1 at Gauhati University, Dibrugarh University, and Cotton University. He is an active writer for various newspapers and magazines, he currently serves as a sub-editor for Mahabahu magazine. Talking to this Correspondent, Nilim's father Anup Kumar Barthakur expressed his happiness and satisfaction. He said it is a blessing for every parent to see their own child prosper. On the other hand, various social organizations and individuals have extended their warm wishes to Nilim for his bright future.
