One grabbed at Biswanath demanding bribe

Staff Reporter, Biswanath Chariali, August 25: One Tapan Saha, an employee of the sub registrar office of the deputy commissioner, Biswanath was caught red handed by the anti-corruption cell on Wednesday. According to information Saha who has been engaged as Nakal Nasib at the sub registrar office here demanded a sum of Rupees seven thousand from one Bharat Kalita for the land registration process. Helpless Bharat contacted the anti-corruption cell yesterday and accordingly the anti-corruption cell reached the site in time and grabbed Saha red handedly. Saha was arrested by the cell and further investigation is on.
