NEJDMA strongly condemns on journalist attack

STAFF REPORTER, Tinsukia, June 18: The North East Journalists and Digital Media Association has expressed strong displeasure over the increasing number of attacks on journalists day by day. North East Journalist and Digital Media Association has strongly condemned the attack on Dainik Amar Pranam Paper editor and owner Debojit Sarkar.Advisor Dharmakanto Gogoi, president Rasnamani Gogoi and general secretary Bikash Baruah termed the journalist's attack as unfortunate. Association has urged the government to prevent this repeated incident, the fourth pillar of democracy, and ensure the safety of journalists. North East Journalist and Digital Media Association has demanded the Assam police administration to take immediate action against the criminal youths who involved in the attack journalist Debojit Sarkar.
