Sadbhavana Diwas celebrated in Nagaon and Hojai

Hareswar Bora, Nagaon: Mera Yuva Bharat, Nagaon and Hojai, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized a grand celebration of Sadbhavana Diwas on Tuesday. The event was held at Batadroba Jnan Deep Senior Secondary School in Nagaon and Jogijan Higher Secondary School in Hojai respectively. The celebration aimed to promote unity, national integration, and communal harmony among the people. Noted speakers addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of these values in today's society. A painting competition was held for students, and a pledge-taking ceremony was also organized to reaffirm the commitment to national integration and communal harmony. The winners of the painting competition were awarded prizes and certificates. The event was attended by prominent personalities, including Abdur Aziz, president of the Managing Committee of Batadroba Jnan Deep Senior Secondary School, and Dr Sajan Kumar Nath, a health official. Other notable attendees included Anwar Hussain, President of Jogijan Gaon Panchayat, and Sahib Ali, a social worker.
