Sivasagar, November 29: Presenting the Anundoram Borooah Awards today in Sivasagar as the chief guest of the function to 1208 meritorious students of the district who secured over 75 p.c. marked in the last HSLC Examinations, the Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Jogen Mohan said the government wants to inspire the young minds with the award so that each of them can be a proud, skillful, studious,and competent citizen of the country like the great scholar administrator Anundoram Borooah. He urged the teachers present to give their best to their students for a bright future of the country .The presentation function held in Fuleswari Girls' HS School auditorium was attended among others the District Commissioner Aditya Vijram Yadav, Inspector of Schools Dibyajyoti Gogoi and all heads of educational institutions.
