Book released at Balipara

Staff Reporter, Biswanath Chariali, January 18: A travelogue composed by Balkrishna Mabuhang Limbu, associate professor of Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu was released by Gyan Bahadur Chetry in a function held in the conference hall of Hornbill Lodge, Balipara on Sunday. The programme convened by Samannay Sahitya Gosthi, Balipara was chaired by Rudra Baral, former general secretary of Assam Nepali Sahitya Sabha. Chhatraman Subba, president of the literary organisation briefed the objectives while Pranjal Pratim Bora, secretary of the organisation forwarded a welcome address. The first part of the travelogue titled 'E Manu Ni Ma' written in the Nepali language was unveiled at the function. The book release ceremony was attended by Purna Kumar Sarma, Bishnu Shastry, Anjan Baskota, Mahim Acharya, Anupama Kattel, Gajen Mili, Ranjit Sahariya, Bhuban Chetry, Krishna Bahadur Limbu, Padma Rai besides other dignitaries.
