LCC celebrated National Solidarity day

Staff Reporter, North Lakhimpur, October 20: National Solidarity Day, marking the event of Chinese aggression of 1962, was observed at Lakhimpur Commerce College(LCC) today. A function was organized for that occasion by the NSS unit of the college which was inaugurated by Dr. Lohit Hazarika, Principal of the college. The objective of the day was explained by Prof. Pankaj Lochan Das, coordinator of the NSS unit of the college. A one minute silence was observed for the honour of those soldiers that laid their lives in the 1962 Indo-China war. A documentary on the 1962 war also screened on that occasion at the college.
