Lava Ramesh Katti appointed as MD of HKG Ltd

News Desk, Mumbai, September 13: BSE listed,(539097) HKG Ltd. one of the fastest growing business conglomerates which aspires to connect small businesses,have informed BSE that Lava Ramesh Katti has been Appointed as Managing Director of the company effective September 9 last. Umesh and Lava Katti are in the process of Acquiring 1,36,50,000 equity shares of HKG Ltd through open offer, after which Lava Ramesh Katti will take over control of HKG Ltd. Sometime back the Company had successfully participated in the auction conducted towards Shri Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Limited, Udapudi on July 11 to acquire Sugar Mill, Co-Gen Plant, Ethanol Plant, Office Building, Godown and Guest House from The Belagavi District Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd (Bank) and Bank has awarded in-principle letter dated July, 11 last for the same.
