Joint excise raid conducted in Margherita

Staff Reporter, Tinsukia, August 24: A joint excise raid and search was conducted on August 23 by Margherita and Digboi Excise Circle led by Prasanta Dutta, DSE, Margherita in Brahmajan and Dhekiajan areas. Two cases were detected in the operation and 46 BL Beer, 16.38 BL IMFL ( for sale in Arunachal Pradesh only) and around 25 litres of Illicit Distilled Liquor were seized and destroyed during the exercise.
