Guwahati, August 10: Love is blind and is unconditional and sometimes knows no boundaries. However, this girl from Assam took things to another level altogether. How do you ask? Well, the minor girl from Sualkuchi district injected herself with blood taken from her boyfriend, who was HIV positive. Read that again. The girl claimed to be deeply in love with her boyfriend and risked her life for the sake of it.The 15-year-old girl met the boy on Facebook and fell in love with him. The boy who hails from Satdola in Hajo is said to be HIV positive and the "couple" fell in love in a span of three years. They were inseparable, according to the girl. She also claimed that she had run away with the boy thrice and knew about his HIV positive status as well.The girl took the blood of her boyfriend through a syringe and injected it into her body. Meanwhile, Hajo police have arrested the boy, and the girl is under medical observation.The boy urged the girl not to inject his blood into her, but she didn't budge. "I don't care what happens to me," said the girl. "I just want him to be released at the earliest," she added.Moreover, the girl went for a test twice. She claimed that she didn't go to collect the first test report. She got a negative result the second time.
