Excise Raid against Illicit Liquor Den in Margherita

Staff Reporter, Tinsukia, July 23: An excise search, patrolling and raid were conducted against the Illicit Liquor Den on July 21 in the Bongaon area under Margherita Police Station. The exercise was executed by Margherita Excise Circle led by Shri. Prasanta Dutta, DSE, Margherita. 2 (two) cases were detected and approximately 310 litres of Illicit Distilled Liquor and 3200 litres of fermented wash were seized and destroyed by the excise team.
