Staff reporter, North Lakhimpur: A little girl from Lakhimpur namely Ayushree Saikia has brought laurels to the state by setting various national level records. Little Ayushree has a special quality. That is, she can answer any general knowledge questions correctly in a moment. She seems to have received the special grace of Goddess Saraswati. She has already received three awards for such talent. In the past, she entered the Assam Book of Records at the state level by answering 43 questions correctly in 77 seconds. She recently entered the Amazing India Book of Records at the national level by answering 51 questions correctly in 80 seconds. She also set a world record in the OMG Book of Records by answering 46 questions correctly in 65 seconds. In 2024-2025, she received such honors at international, national and state levels. Ayushree was recently honored at the 9th International Excellence Awards ceremony held at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. Ayushree is the daughter of Kankan Saikia and Bhaskori Medhi of Lakhimpur. Born in 2020, Ayushree is a pre-primary student of Firstcry Intellitots Pre-School & Daycare School, located at Beltola in Guwahati. People of Lakhimpur have congratulated Ayushree who has made her the first girl from Assam to seal a record in this category.
