Workshop on tourism held at West Kameng

Staff Reporter, Biswanath Chariali, December 1: A two-day special workshop on tourism held at the Wildlife Auditorium in Sejusa under West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh concluded today. The aim of the workshop was conserving the natural beauty and biodiversity of the state. The workshop was attended by representatives from seven districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The workshop was inaugurated by No 12 Pake Kesang Constituency MLA Biyuram Wahge. In his speech, the MLA made thoughtful remarks on conserving the Horn Beel of the Pak Tiger Reserve in Sejusa and making Sejusa a beautiful place for tourism. The workshop was moderated by Benzia Mann, Deputy Director, Tourism Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. In his speech, he made important comments on various aspects of development of Arunachal Pradesh and explained the objectives of the workshop. The workshop was organized by the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism Department and was attended by several senior officials of the Arunachal Pradesh Tourism Department. The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner of Sejusa TR Topi, Additional Director of Tourism Belgium Manna, Advisor of Tourism Aijing Lancha and several officials of the tourism and forest departments.
