A child can learn any subject easily in their mother tongue or in regional language. In Assam at present the government needs to focus on different aspects in government schools like teacher student ratio, availability of teachers subject wise. He said that students of Assamese medium government schools can perform much better and will be able to show good results if such required criterias can be fulfilled by the government. Private schools in the state perform well because problems like lack of teachers as per class or subject, lack of infrastructure are not seen in these schools.
