Tamulpur, February 26: A unit of Red Horns Division, under the 'Operation Sadbhavana' project constructed a toilet block at Middle School, Kumarikatta, Tamulpur of Assam. The project was inaugurated on February 26 by Veer Nari Bina Boro mother of Gunner Mantu Boro & Veer Nari Bibari Boro mother of Guardsmen Barun Chandra Boro of Tamulpur. The newly constructed toilets will facilitate girl students during their stay at school and assist children in learning healthy sanitation practices. A function was organized in school to motivate students to do well in studies and to develop a bond of amity & trust among locals and Army. The provision of toilets was appreciated by Staff, children and their parents as it will enhance the overall educational and hygienic environment as well as safety for girls in the school.
